as we are about making them. Returns or exchanges are accepted in
original saleable condition within 7 days of receiving the package.

before sending any items to us.
Please pack the items carefully and try to use the original packaging
if possible. Please insure your shipment as lost shipments are the
sender's responsibility. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by
an invoice or packing slip.

We will issue a refund or exchange once we have inspected the items.
Credit or debit card refunds will be issued to the card that was used on
the original purchase. Please retain your return shipping receipt and
invoice or packing slip until you have received your refund or exchange.
It may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your
statement. All shipping and handling fees, as well as gift wrap fees,
are non-refundable.
